Daufuskie Island Ferry® Bluffton
Please note the shuttle is NOT available for the 7 AM ferry departure or the Friday 9 PM departure.
The $25 Buckingham Landing daily parking fee will be waived for all passengers departing on the 7 AM ferry.
The trip duration is approximately 45 minutes long.
The ferry runs the same schedule every day except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

The Daufuskie Island Ferry’s Embarkation Center operates exclusively from Buckingham Landing annually. It is located at 35 Fording Island Road Extension (just off Hwy 278 at the foot of the Hilton Head Bridge on the Bluffton side).

Locally owned and operated, Bull River Marina is ideally nestled on the eastern side of Wilmington Island. Located just minutes from the Historic District and Tybee Island.

This water taxi departs from Bull River Marina, located in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. The route takes you through scenic waterways and marshes between Savannah, GA, and Daufuskie Island. The ride is offered ONLY during daylight hours. Reservations are required. Don’t forget to book your return trip from the island!
